Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland England, Wales, and Scotland.
We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands.
Delivery Charges
We offer:
- Free UK delivery on orders over £40
- A flat £4 delivery charge for orders under £40
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- courier issues
- weather conditions
- customs or transport disruptions
- high seasonal demand
- other circumstances beyond our control
Ceylon Delights is not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs of damaged items or packaging to help us investigate the issue.
Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- delivery was refused,
- the parcel was uncollected,
- or the delivery address was incorrect,
we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return charges from the refund.
