Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact details provided on our website.
If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy regarding eligible returns and refunds.
Food & Consumable Products
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products and consumable items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct delivery and return costs from any refund issued.
Certain food items that cannot be safely resold may not be eligible for refund.
