If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange provided that the returned goods are in fully resalable condition, unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened food items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@ceylondelights.co.uk
We may request photographic evidence of the issue before processing any refund or replacement.
Returns Process
Before returning any item, please contact us first for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Ceylon Delights cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable.
Delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Right to Refuse Returns
Ceylon Delights reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned goods do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Goods Sent in Error
Any goods sent by us in error remain the property of Ceylon Delights. If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange collection or replacement.
